Mercedes Service A or Service B?

The question we hear most. Your display counts up to the next service and says which one it is.

What affects the cost of a Mercedes service?

The price depends on your model and which service is due. A smaller petrol C-Class and a large diesel GLE have different oil capacities and parts, and a Service B carries extra items. We quote before any work starts, and we call you before doing anything beyond what was agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Does my Mercedes need an A or B service?

Your car’s service display tells you which one is due. Service A and Service B alternate, so if the last one was an A, the next is a B.

Which is more expensive, Service A or Service B?

Service B usually costs more because it includes everything in Service A plus additional items. We quote the exact job before any work starts.

Is Mercedes expensive to service in Australia?

Dealer servicing is typically the dearest option. An independent European specialist doing the same manufacturer-schedule service is often better value, and you keep your warranty protected.

Which Mercedes models do you work on?

Our technicians work on the Mercedes-Benz range, including C-Class, E-Class, GLC, GLE and AMG performance models.
